The weather constantly changing all the time.. worse to worse on the following month to month.. sometimes was in intermittent rain , suddenly stop raining and turn to a super hot day , threatening to rain and the thunderbolt seems to split the sky and awake me from the sweet slumberland.. just browsing the news is about a hot day can spell bad news for migraine sufferers..@_@ But yes, The hot day makes me don't feel want to go out..it makes people turns lazy or lackadaisical ..within two or three days leading to a person's hospital or clinic visit also increase the headache risk.. Many people falls sick recently included all my friends around me .. The bad weather does affect our health. When it comes to some officer worker or sales mobile team situation ,they running their sales and travel here and there, they will be affected in high crisis.. adds more to our understand that migraine is a sensitivity problems.. Dear all my readers there, sending my warmest regards to everyone here . Drink more water and take good care everyone..kay ^^ muuuuaks.. i hope you guys always in a state of bliss and live healthy.

So what we can do in a hot day ?! some people said let's go genting highland, stay away from the hot weather.. some people said let's go to sunway lagoon water park , thrilling and enjoy the exciting water games.. soak yourself in the water ~ To me, genting highland? sien liao lar~ stay there for 2 years dy.. tak cukup ker? sunway lagoon? o_O" sunburn my skin like Louis Koo?? NO WAY!!

I end up with Mill Wheel Ice Cafe in a super hot day!!! ain't a better idea ?
